This project was an addition to an existing duplex. The young growing family loved the location of their home but required more room. The Owners supplied the plans and contracted us to construct, included in the face brick renovation was Linen/ storeage areas with vinyl sliding doors to the enterance to their new Bedroom area, the extra large Bedroom area had to include a King size bedroom suite. The privately situated Ensuite area includes an extra large shower area, vanity unit, and toilet. The Owners are thrilled with their new addition.

Mermaid Beach

The old home sitting on this block leaved much to be desired, we could see the future vision for the Owners of this prime site. We demolished the older home and rebuilt a a new lowset modern contemporary home. The design of the home has taken full advantage of the limited building site and aspect to maximise the summer breezes and winter sun. The Owner could not believe the transformation from Before and then After, he said “The result is outstanding, the new house is a very liveable dwelling presenting extremely well both visually and functionally”.
